Wildlife Group Program

At WildScales we're passionate about supporting Australia's incredible wildlife.

Eligible wildlife rescue organisations, licensed wildlife carers and registered not-for-profit groups may qualify for additional pricing or tailored support.

If you're involved in wildlife rehabilitation, conservation, education or community outreach, please mention this in your application so we can discuss the most suitable option.

Applications are assessed individually.

How to Join

Joining is simple.

Step 1 — Create an Account

Create a standard customer account using your business or organisation email address.

Step 2 — Submit a Wholesale Application

Send the below information to shop@wildscales.com.au:

  • Business or organisation name

  • ABN (if applicable)

  • Contact details

  • Website or social media (if available)

  • Type of business or organisation

  • Brief description of your intended purchases

Step 3 — Account Review

We will review your application, which usually takes 1–3 business days.

We may contact you if additional information is required.

Step 4 — Start Ordering

Once approved, wholesale pricing will automatically appear whenever you're logged into your WildScales account.

Wholesale Policies

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available only to approved businesses and organisations.

Approval is at WildScales' discretion.

Business Use Only

Wholesale pricing is intended for genuine commercial, educational or organisational use.

Minimum Orders

Some products or product categories may require minimum order quantities.

These will be clearly shown where applicable.

Pricing

Wholesale prices are confidential and may change without notice due to supplier pricing, exchange rates or market conditions.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless alternative trading terms have been agreed in writing.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Large or bulky orders may require separate freight quotations.

Returns

Wholesale purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Returns are not available for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied products will be repaired, replaced or refunded where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Account Use

Wholesale accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared.

WildScales reserves the right to suspend or remove wholesale access where misuse is identified.
